What to Wear and Bring

In order to safely welcome guests back in-person, this year’s event will be held outdoors. We encourage guests to dress casually and to wear footwear appropriate for walking in a field. We’ll provide your picnic blanket, food box and two drink tickets. There will be a cash bar for guests who wish to purchase additional drinks.

Guests are encouraged to bring any additional items that will make their evening more comfortable but no alcoholic carry-ins are allowed.

Online registration is now closed. For last-minute tickets, please contact Ashley Fait at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Guests will be prompted to create an account in order to purchase tickets. This login will also allow guests to bid on items in the online auction. Guests who participated in last year’s Solstice or HKE MKE event may use their login from those events to purchase tickets.

Health & Safety

We recognize that best practices for in-person events will continue to evolve and it may be necessary to make changes to our event plan accordingly. We will follow all local regulations and ordinances to plan a safe event for all and we may require additional measures that may be needed to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff.

Please click here to read our current health and safety plan. We will continue to update our website with any changes.
