Energy Graphs

Every 15 minutes, we track energy made by the PV array and used by the building- a dot at 11:00 am on the plot shows the energy made or used from 10:45 am to 11:00 am.

  • Click on one day or several (Shift-drag-click) to choose a date range.
  • Click to choose either energy made or energy used.
  • Click on Update Plot to update the plot

Click on the calendar to choose June 19, 2007.  That day, near the 2007 summer solstice, the PV array produced 290 kWh, a record amount of energy. In the middle of that day, it produced more than 8 kWh every 15 minutes.  What is the peak 15 minute production on a snowy day in winter?

Look at the use graphs. Can you see when UEC “wakes up”, “goes to sleep” and “takes a day off”?
